Return & Refund: At Well Lit Woods, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each lamp is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our high standards. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!

Returns:
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we will work with you to either replace the item or issue a full refund.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so that we can help resolve any issues, replace damaged parts, or process refunds.
Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective

Shipping: At Well Lit Woods, we carefully package each of our handcrafted lamps to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition. Please review our shipping policies below:

Processing Time:
All of our lamps are made to order. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped.
For custom orders or large quantities, additional time may be required. We will notify you of any changes to the expected processing time.
Shipping Methods:
We offer free standard shipping within the United States. Delivery times typically range between 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
International Shipping:
We do not currently offer international shipping at this time.

What are the terms and policies for custom work?

Looking for a large order, a unique lamp design, or custom cuts for your own project? We're happy to help! For a personalized quote, please fill out the contact form at the bottom of the page with the details of your request. Once we've reviewed your project, we'll send a quote that includes the terms listed below.

Quotes are valid for the time specified on the quote, generally no less than 30 days. Prices are subject to change after this period due to potential fluctuations in material costs. All projects require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin work, covering the cost of custom materials and design time. The remaining 50% is due upon completion before shipping or delivery.

Design & Production

Design Approval: We will create a design proof for your review. Production will only begin after we receive your written approval of the final design.
Revisions: The quote includes up to two design revisions. Additional changes may incur a design fee.
Materials: Our work uses high-quality materials as specified in your quote. Please note that for projects using wood, there will be natural variations in grain and color, which are not considered defects.
Customer-Supplied Materials: If you provide your own materials, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during the cutting or fabrication process.

Timelines & Shipping

Lead Time: Our estimated lead time is provided in your quote and begins once we have your final design approval and deposit. This is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date, as timelines can be affected by material availability or other unforeseen issues.
Shipping: Shipping costs are not included in this quote. They will be calculated and added to your final invoice upon completion of your project.
Storage: Completed projects must be picked up or shipped within 14 days of notification. A storage fee may be applied to items left beyond this period.

Warranty & Liability

Product Warranty: All lamps and electrical components come with a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or improper installation.
Intellectual Property: By submitting a design, you confirm you have the necessary rights to use it. You agree to indemnify "Well Lit Woods" against any claims of copyright or trademark infringement related to your submitted design.
Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any product defect or damage is limited to the repair or replacement of the product. We are not liable for any consequential or indirect damages.
